Refunds & Returns
At Katharos, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every bottle. Due to the nature of our formula and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final—we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or delivered items.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Eligibility for Replacements or Refunds
While we do not offer returns, we may provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Your product arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was incorrect or incomplete.
- Your package was lost in transit and tracking has not updated in over 5 business days.
To request assistance, please email us at help@katharosoralcare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Additional Notes
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package has shipped.
- We cannot process refunds for issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.
