At Katharos, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every bottle—and that extends to how we package and ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method. We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping carrier.
Order Issues
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
In rare cases where tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, your package may be considered lost in transit. We’re happy to assist.
To request support, email help@katharosoralcare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo (if applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
